Some people do not feel well while exercising or swimming laps. I know what you’re thinking. Who wants to exercise, right? But you felt perfectly fine at Starbucks and showed up at the pool or gym ready to exercise. What happened? When people at the pool ask me why they don’t feel well while swimming laps, I first suggest that they might be dehydrated.
